How we work
Five steps. In order. No surprises.
Every project, large or small, moves through the same five phases. Each phase has a deliverable, a checkpoint, and a sign-off — so you always know where we are and what's next.

Concept
Two or three distinct directions, presented as massing studies and reference imagery. We pick one to take forward — together — and the brief gets locked.

Design development
Plans, elevations, sections, material palette, joinery details. By the end of this phase you can walk through the house in your head before a single brick is laid.

Working drawings
GFC set for execution plus municipal submission set if applicable. Every dimension, every junction, every drainage line — drawn.

Execution
Weekly site visits through construction. Bill verification. Variation control. Snag list. Handover with a complete as-built drawing set so you own the design intellectually too.
