We take on a small number of projects each year so that every plot, every brief and every site visit gets the full weight of the studio's attention.
Philosophy
We believe most architectural problems are solved before the first line is drawn — in the hour-long conversation about how a family actually lives, in the morning visit that catches the sunlight you can't see in a Google Maps photo, in the patience to let a brief tell you what it actually wants to be.
Our work spans residential, commercial, interiors and renovation. The thread between them is the same: a respect for the site, a discipline about materials, and a refusal to over-design.
We work primarily across North West Delhi — Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh, Rohini, Ashok Vihar and Model Town — and across Delhi NCR for projects that ask for us.

Saksham Jain
Saksham founded Archaus in 2023 after a decade of working on residential, commercial and renovation projects across Delhi NCR. He studied architecture at SPA Delhi and is registered with the Council of Architecture. He lives and works between Pitampura and Shalimar Bagh.
